• The SHPE San Francisco Bay Area Professional Chapter is
  pleased to announce that it will be awarding ten $500 scholarships to deserving Bay Area college

• Interested in doing Undergraduate Summer Research?  IGERT programs provide stipends of up to $30,000/year and tuition support for students through the National Science Foundation.  If you are interested, visit them at www.igert.org/summer.asp.

• Acoustical Society of America has a Minority Fellowship which consists of a stipend of $15,000 for one academic year.  Deadline for application submission is April 16, 2007 and more information can be obtained at http://asa.aip.org/fellowships.html
